Who's Online
Born Tameka Anderson in Chicago, IL, L.A. spent her childhood years in the foster care system in Illinois. L.A. started writing at a young age to ease her pain of feeling abandoned and unloved by her parents. In 2003, L.A. moved to Atlanta, Georgia with her family, she is now a mother of three beautiful children and is recently divorced. Writing has helped her fill the void she has had for years and it has helped her find peace within herself.
As an adult she has always been free spirited and “Hollywood” as her friends called her and has been given the nickname “L.A.”; L.A. continued her writing by creating plays for her church functions and in the year 2008 she started her own Creative Writing and Interpersonal Relations Firm called L.A. Say Inc.
L.A. presently holds her Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and is continuing her studies to gain her PhD in this field. She is positioning herself to one day change some laws in the foster care system. Tameka is also in the process of launching a non-profit for single parents called GASP Ministries and also volunteers for other non-profit organizations.
Some of the people who has influenced in life in over the years are: Maya Angelou for her writing, John Maxwell for his leadership and Joyce Meyer for her spirituality. In 2009 after her divorce, L.A. completed her first book which was inspired by her life’s journey.
Moment of Clarity
If you have ever been or known someone who has suffered in their love life, most of their life, then this book will bless them. So many people suffer from a disease of the mind, more like an illness, that there is no medicine to cure and yet they have no clue they suffer from it. This book is a variety of stories that comprise the moment of clarity when that disease was made clear. It's a journal of events that led to the discovery and recovery of this mental illness that many battle with and few realize; love addiction.
